For the last ten years, Jeff has led this firm from inception to a bustling 40 person consultancy recognized as one of the most experienced and adept in the world in the use of Drupal as a platform. Phase2 clients include The Washington Examiner, The Nation, The New Republic, BassMasters, PBS NewsHour Extra, and the federal government.

Jeff holds a Masters in Business Administration, with a concentration in the Management of Global Information Technology, from the Kogod School of Business at American University and a Bachelors degree from Tulane University in Political Science.
