Stephen Hayden

Application Support, Zappos Zappos.com

Stephen has been with Zappos for 6 years, and in January 2010 became the first Application Support Specialist. First exposed to Drupal as an internal end user of tools created by the development team, Stephen provides usability recommendations during development and scopes improvements once a project or feature is in production. Current responsibilities include: Drupal training and documentation, permissions administration, and front line support. Stephen also administers a number of other internal tools, such as Jira and our MediaWiki installations.
